Retweetd From Harris Chafford Hundred

This Friday we have our reading and breakfast morning from 7:30am in the cafe. 📚

Retweetd From Harris Federation Classics

What a great day at the Roman baths with exemplary Harris Chafford and Riverside students.

This Friday we have our reading and breakfast morning from 7:30am in the cafe. 📚

Options evening and parents evening this Thursday evening for year 9 pupils.

Part 3: We really miss the Summer 😫 ☀️

Part 2: We wish you all a safe and restful weekend and look forward to seeing you all once again on Monday

Part 1: A huge thank you to those of you who have shown your support over the last few days. It has been a huge challenge, especially when you really want to keep the school open and we really appreciate everyone who understands it’s not just a quick and easy decision to make.

Retweetd From Essex Weather Centre

Disappointing to see local media once again creating unnecessary panic by using computer generated forecasts which show heavy snow all evening and overnight. This has forced shopping centres, schools, businesses and local shops to make decisions when NO disruptive snow expected.

9:30am start but if students want to come in earlier they can do

Both the warm and mock exam are cancelled today for those of you involved. 9:30 start

Just to confirm everybody is to leave the site at 1pm so there will be no year 11 intervention after school

Yes they do

Yes everybody is to leave at 1pm so no Year 11 intervention

Good morning all. We are open for all students with a reduced day to ensure more time to leave and exit safely. The School Day will start at 9:30am and finish at 1:00pm. If pupils wish to arrive earlier we will accommodate them as always. Please see the attached email sent out.

Part 2: We will notify you by 7.45am tomorrow if there are any changes. The delay this morning was due to the volume of website traffic causing technical difficulties. It is always our intention to be open for our students.

Part 1: Our overriding desire is to stay open if possible to educate the children. Decisions are made on the day after judging the local conditions and staffing levels. This is simply not possible the day before.

Good morning, no intervention this afternoon

Weather update. School open from 10am. The school will be fully open to all pupils including Sixth Form with a 10am start.

Harris Academies
