However, there are two available options for enrolment:
Walk-in Enrolment: 

  • Applicants may attend enrolment in person on GCSE results day, Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 3:15 PM until 4 PM

  • Please note that arrivals prior to this time will not be accommodated. 

  • Applicants are required to bring their original GCSE results, together with a valid form of identification (either a birth certificate or a passport).

Wait List for September 2026 Cohort: 

Alternatively, applicants may complete a form to be added to the wait list for the September 2026 cohort.

  • Applications will be reviewed in early September, and will be subject to course availability

 


Courses and Entry Requirements 

At the Harris Academy Chafford Hundred Sixth Form we offer a range of Level 3 qualifications. Typically, students will follow a 3 A Level or an A Level and Vocational Level 3 combination of subjects, student must Include at least one A Level in their subject choices.  Students who take Further Mathematics will take this as a fourth subject. Our entry requirements are in two stages. 

  • Stage One: You must have an Attainment 8 score of 50, Maths at a Grade 4 or above, and a minimum of a grade 4 and a grade 5 in English Language and English Literature.
  • Stage Two: You must meet the individual subject requirements.   

Attainment 8 is an average GCSE performance score that places particular importance on Maths, English and a selection of academic subjects.  

Places at enrolment in August will be allocated according to the over-subscription prioritisation criteria in the order set out below:  

  1. Looked after and former looked after young people. 
  1. Internal candidates that meet entry requirements based on original option choices;  
  1. External candidates that meet entry requirements based on original option choices;  
  1. All remaining candidates will be allocated places in descending rank order of their average GCSE points score (including English and Mathematics) 

Any candidates who do not fall into any of the oversubscription categories above and be selected by subject availability and waiting list order (see paragraphs 9 and 16).

Those who live nearer will be given higher priority.  The address at which the student lives permanently and full-time should be classed as the principal residence.

Enrolment from the age of 17/18 is at the discretion of the Principal who will take into account the student’s most recent academic results and any information relating to prior conduct and behaviour.
