YR12 SUMMER WORK 2019

  1. Perform some detailed research into the following cell organelles:
  • Nucleus
  • Mitochondria
  • Chloroplast
  • Cell membrane
  • Golgi apparatus
  • Ribosome
  • Endoplasmic reticulum

2. Research the following exchange surfaces. Briefly describe how they are adapted to be efficient exchange surfaces:

  • Lungs
  • Liver
  • Small intestine

3. Research the process of protein synthesis. Create a resource that details how the process occurs.
