Winning moment when our Rose Ellingford & her team, the Chelmsford Rattlesnakes travelled to Sheffield to take part in the WNIHL National Playoffs as the winners of the South League! They won 2-1 to be crowned👑 the EIHA National Playoff Champions🏆 💎🔵

Sparx Maths Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

What is Sparx Maths?

Sparx Maths in the online platform where students at HACH will be completing their weekly Maths Homework. Sparx Maths creates an hour’s worth of perfectly tailored practice homework for each student each week. The questions in each week’s homework is driven by the scheme of learning that we follow in school. You can watch a video that tells you all about the platform by following this link.

How can students login?

Students should all know their username and password. They need to login on They should follow the steps to login. Their username is usually ‘firstnamesurname’ and your child would have chosen their own unique password.

My child has forgotten their login details, what can they do?

They should click on the forgot login details and follow the steps to reset their logins. If they have forgotten their password, they should please reset their password or send a request to their teacher to do so.

What are students expected to do?

Students are expected to practice their Maths homework each week in their red practice journals. They are required to write the code for each question, answer it and input their answers online. The website will mark each question correct or incorrect. Students are expected to self-assess each question with a red pen. Please see the image attached below of what a students’ practice journal should look like each week.
