Women Leading in Education Programme -2019-20
We are delighted to be able to offer again 14 free places available on our DfE funded leadership programme launching in January. This bespoke programme is specifically designed to identify and nurture leadership talent in women leaders in education and will include:
- Induction afternoon and launch evening event
- 5 full days of face to face workshops
- 3 coaching sessions
- 2 leadership books
- Celebration and reflection twilight
We have some fantastic leadership experts designing and delivering the leadership programme:
- Viv Grant - Integrity Coaching
- Diana Osagie - Courageous Leadership
- Karen Giles - You can’t be what you can’t see
- Eve Warren – Coaching
- Dr Jill Berry – Making the Leap
The programme will be an opportunity to explore the following themes:
- Vision and values
- Authentic leadership
- Wellbeing
- Resilience
- Career planning
This leadership opportunity will prepare and support you in making the leap to your next leadership role. The programme has a knock-on effect as it provides students with tangible role models who they can aspire to and also expand the number of potential staff that can be recruited into leadership.
