“Being part of the HACH Circle is like having a big family people at school. We help students find their place, explore where they fit in, and develop their talents and confidence. One of the nicest things about working here is that students just come up and greet you in the corridors, and they seem genuinely happy to see you. Everyone knows each other's names, even though it's such a big building.

There's a strong sense of belonging for everyone here. The staff at HACH bring a lot of subject expertise to their classrooms, and you really get the feeling that everyone will do as much as they possibly can to get the kids to where they need to be. We have an intervention culture of supporting children outside of lessons, and with all the trips we take them on and the cultural events we run, there's a real sense of shared purpose in everything we do.
